???Need some advice. My ferret is about 9 years old. I have had her since she was about 2 years old. Great little girl. Things have been changing about 1-2 months ago now. She will not always go potty in her litter box. This has never been a problem before. I have litter boxes in 3 of the rooms and she has always did her duty when it was time. Now she has picked out new corners in either the same room of the litter box or a new corner. If I put a litter box in the new corner were she has been starting to go, she will not go in there, she will go right NEXT to the litter box. Don't get me wrong she will sometimes go in her usual litter boxes but not all the time. I have tried to change her litter in the past, but she is kinda fussy. NO good. Mmm- I am stumped in what is going on and I am getting frustrated. About 4 years ago she did have surgery for tumors. I am thinking possibly that can have something to do with he new problem. ?? May be they are coming back? Her potty is nothing out of the usual in its consistency/color. She also does not seem able to see well, runs into stuff. Seems like she is near-sighted. I am going to take her in to see the doctor, I thought I would give it a try and see if anyone out there has ever had the same ordeal. I LOVE her to death! She is my joy It is that I am just ripping my hair out. Can anyone help or have advice? Her eating and drinking habits have not changed either and she is spunky as ever...
Thanks-
Cindy
